Erik Boddeke Prof. dr.

Erik Boddeke is hoogleraar Medische Fysiologie / Neurofysiologie bij de afdeling Neurowetenschappen van het Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen, Nederland. Hij behaalde zijn proefschrift bij de afdeling Farmacologie van de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Tijdens 1988-1996 was hij het laboratorium hoofd en groepsleider Neuro-immunologie bij Sandoz in Bazel Zwitserland. Van 1996-1998 was hij vice-hoofd van de afdeling Neuro-genetica aan Novartis Research in Basel Zwitserland.

In 1998 werd hij hoogleraar fysiologie aan de afdeling Medische Fysiologie van het UMC in Groningen (UMCG).

In 2015 werd hij benoemd tot Pro-Decaan Onderzoek van het UMCG.
