On Saturday, October 1st, 2022, the annual commemoration “… And they gave their bodies for the benefit of medical science” took place for the fifth time in the Groningen Crematorium. An appropriate moment to say goodbye for relatives, a moment to show respect for those who are allowed to work with the bodies. It was a beautiful service with speeches, singing and piano and a beautiful tree of life.
