Thesis defence Thaiany Quevedo Melo

On the 18th of April 2018 Thaiany Quevedo Melo defended her thesis Pathogenicity of alpha-synuclein in various cell models for Parkinson’s disease in front of a committee of established researchers and was awarded with the doctor’s title. For former labmember and projectleader Dr. Sjef Copray this was an emotional moment because Thaiany was his last PhD student. Now he can enjoy from his well earned pension!
