|How can we promote the reuse of high-content electron microscopy data?
As part of the Open Science Award and Event organized by the University of Groningen Library and the Open Science Community Groningen, the contribution of Pascal de Boer was posted on the Open Science Blog. This blog highlights the open access availability of large-scale electron microscopy (EM) data (nanotomy) with a focus on our recently published database of human type 1 diabetes donor material, which is currently the largest worldwide for biomedical EM. Moreover, optimal reuse of complex EM data according FAIR principles is shortly discussed.
