Investigating the molecular neurobiology of mental illnesses
Project description: In this project, we leverage bulk and single-cell technologies to dissect the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying common psychiatric disorders. We hope that achieving a better understanding of the etiology of mental illnesses, also with the use of disease modelling protocols, will help in their clinical treatment.
